Refund & Cancellation

1. Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscription cancellations can be requested anytime before the next billing cycle. Partial refunds may not apply.
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled after 7 days will receive a pro-rata refund based on unused service period.
  • One-time or emergency services (AC repair, appliance service, electrical troubleshooting) are non-refundable once initiated.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@eleciz.com.
  • Cancellation requests for subscriptions should be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
  • Emergency services and same-day bookings cannot be cancelled once the technician has been dispatched.
  • In case of service disruption due to external factors (weather, vendor delays, technical issues), MK Electricals may reschedule without refund but will inform the customer promptly.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely access for technicians during scheduled services.
  • Provide accurate information when requesting refunds or cancellations.
  • Follow the safety and service instructions provided by MK Electricals staff.

4. Changes to Policy

MK Electricals reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.”
