1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MK Electricals’ services, including electrical goods, rentals, and subscription plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our services.

2. Services Provided

• Air Conditioning (AC) Services: Installation, Repair, Gas Refill, Cleaning & Maintenance.
• Lighting Services: Indoor/Outdoor lighting installation, emergency lighting, smart lighting solutions, repairs.
• Appliance Services: Refrigerator, washing machine, water cooler, microwave/oven repairs.
• Electrical Wiring & Installation: Home/commercial wiring, switches, sockets, panel board, MCB, circuit breaker installation.
• Generator/Genset Services: Installation, rental, maintenance, fuel management, load testing.
• Emergency / 24/7 Services: Short-circuit repair, power failure solutions, electric shock safety assistance, urgent electrical problems.

3. Service Agreement

• All services are provided based on the details specified by the customer at the time of request.
• MK Electricals reserves the right to refuse service in case of unsafe or illegal conditions.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, access to premises, and cooperation for service delivery.
• For subscription services (monthly/annual), service renewals are automatic unless canceled before the billing cycle.

4. Payment & Billing

• Payments must be made via the approved payment methods (Razorpay, PayPal, bank transfers).
• Invoices will be generated for each service or subscription plan.
• Any late payment may result in temporary suspension of subscription services until cleared.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are applicable only for subscription services if canceled within the first 7 days of payment.
• No refund is provided for completed services or partially used subscriptions.
• Customers can request cancellation by emailing info@eleciz.com or contacting support.
• MK Electricals reserves the right to modify the refund policy at any time. Updated policies will be reflected on the website.

6. Customer Obligations

• Provide safe and accessible working conditions for service personnel.
• Ensure electrical systems and appliances are compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all guidelines and recommendations provided by MK Electricals technicians.

7. Liability

MK Electricals will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Modifications

MK Electricals reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Chandigarh Courts.
